All drawings or art pieces will include a subtle sign that you can not remove when posting publicly or online.
(I will give you the non-subtle sign by request.)Prices are subject to change based on demand and the complexity of the request. The negotiations will be discussed directly.I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason I'm uncomfortable with.
_______________________◇ PAYMENT ◇Currency is only accepted in USD, and can be paid through PayPal only.Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or 50% upfront and 50% when the final art piece is completed.Please don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.
_______________________◇ PROCESS AND DELIVERY ◇I will notify you directly when I have started on your commission, for you to send the payment.While I'm working on your commission, I will make reviews with you for feedback to make sure I make it just right for you!The number of reviews depends on the complexity of the work and character design.During the reviews, you will see work-in-progress, and these images will include a watermark.
The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 1 week - 1 month, depending on factors like health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, and other real-life related work.If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initial estimation, I'll inform you directly and clearly about the matter.
_______________________◇ REVISIONS ◇You get 3 rounds of changes or revisions on the commissioned piece included in the price.No changes will be made after you have given confirmation of the draft sketch for pose and colors in the flat colors update phase.A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.If you wish me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it.
_______________________◇ REFUND ◇I will only give a refund if you cancel the commission before I notify you that I'm starting the draft sketching process.I will only give a refund if I no longer choose to do your commission.Personal problems do exist so if anything comes up, I'll let you know about it, and you won't get a refund for that unless I can't continue the commission anymore.I won't give a refund once I start the commission or in between the process.
_______________________◇ Commercial Use ◇All commissions are considered personal-use only by default.If you intend to use the artwork commercially (e.g., for monetized streams, merchandise, promotional content, etc.), you must inform me before payment.Commercial usage will incur a minimum fee of 2× the base price.
Final commercial pricing may increase based on visibility, distribution, and reproduction scope.Failure to declare commercial use upfront may result in me terminating the commission without refund.This can be avoided by paying the rest of the charged amount of the commercial pricing so that I can continue the commission.
